State v. Duquene Pierre (A-86-13; 072859)
By virtue of the combined errors of his trial counsel,
defendant was denied his constitutional right to the
effective assistance of counsel under the Sixth
Amendment to the United States Constitution and
Article I, Paragraph 10 of the New Jersey
Constitution, and he is entitled to a new trial.
