State v. Daryel Rawls (A-18-13; 072388)
A defendant who is released on bail on one indictment, but subsequently incarcerated on a later indictment, is entitled to receive jail credit against the former indictment under Rule 3:21-8 and State v. Hernandez, 208 N.J. 24 (2011).
