Defendant was convicted of third-degree stalking and he appealed. The court affirms the constitutionality of the anti-stalking statute as it was amended in 2009, N.J.S.A. 2C:12-10, holding that it is not facially overbroad nor unconstitutionally broad or vague as applied to defendant.
